We are looking for a passionate Solutions Engineer bridging the gap between Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Engineering. You'll be responsible for designing a solution architecture using Burt Intelligence’s platform to address the customer’s needs and work with technical implementation of the solution. 

The is a full-time position based in Sweden. Flexible working hours to accommodate US customer's working hours are sometimes necessary.

Solutions Engineering is one of the most important roles within the B2B enterprise software space. It is your job to know the technical ins and outs of the product while working closely with CSMs to manage technical risk while onboarding and managing customers. This means that you will need to research new systems that the customer wants to include, build the customer’s trust by answering technical questions about the product, and provide them with general guidance of the media industry that we operate in.

What you'll do:

• Be heavily involved in the sales process working with designing a solution architecture using Burt Intelligence’s platform to address the customer’s needs
• You'll be responsible for the technical implementation of the solution
• Through your know-how you will research systems and create tickets to document the work that needs to be done
• There will also be opportunities to work closely with, and contribute to, the product development because of the technical nature of the role.
• Examples of the technologies you will be working with (previous experience a plus but not required): AWS, SQL, Git, Ruby, Kotlin, Angular, Typescript and CSS.

What you'll need: 

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
• Spoken and written English at full professional proficiency
• A knowledge of data structures and databases
• Understanding of open source web development
